Dogs are considered intelligent animals and always called man's best friend. One reason why dogs are close to man because dogs can easily pick up the instructions given by man to them.

Thousands of dogs all over the world are being used as a "drug agent". Dogs are used to detect bombs, drugs, and other illegal objects.

But not all dogs are smart. Some are dumb too. Some easily forgot instructions when they are trained, some are just dumb. We cannot say that ugly dogs or big dogs with small head are dumb. It's not in its appearance.
